Our Position on Copyright

Daily Heardle respects the intellectual property rights of artists, labels, and publishers. The game uses short audio previews solely for the purpose of a music guessing quiz. We do not host full-length recordings and do not offer downloads. If you are a rights holder and believe your work is being used improperly, we will act promptly on a valid notice.

How to Submit a Takedown Notice

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Notice" and include the following information:

Your full legal name and contact information (email, phone, mailing address).
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
The exact URL(s) on Daily Heardle where the material appears.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Your physical or electronic signature.

What Happens Next

Upon receipt of a complete and valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material in question, typically within two to five business days. We may also notify the affected user or party where applicable.

Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address. Please include your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Repeat Infringers

We terminate access for parties determined to be repeat infringers under the appropriate circumstances.
